Grief/Loss

"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal".

Grief from the loss of a loved one can leave a hole in your heart that can never be replaced. The pain from losing someone close to you can be unbearable. After losing my son I went through so many days of being in a fog. I was on automatic pilot and was more like a robot than a human.

griefI had helped many people work through the "stages" of grief but they are just what happens but what it feels like is a cloud of gray washing over your world.

The stages of grief are anger, denial, depression, bargaining, and acceptance. There isn't an order to these stages and you may bounce between anger and bargaining before you ever even get to denial. Everyone is different and goes through loss in their own way and time.

Loss

Loss is very hard to deal with, can be very difficult to understand where the feelings are even coming from.

Grieving

funeral coffinThere are many different types of grief, it comes in with many different emotions. We all handle these emotions different. How do I know this? I have been through several losses and forms of grief, the biggest loss was when I lost my brother. He died in a one car rollover on August 11, 2008. Its not easy to deal with and there are so many different ways to handle it, some work well others don't. The good thing is that there are many different ways that work, that can help to ease some of the pain. If you would like to know what has worked for me please contact me.
